About the Vectron Service Status, you will receive information about the availability of our Cloud Services.
You will be able to see if a service is under maintenance or not functioning as usual.
Here you can chcek the status of the Vectron Cloud.
For each service, a 90-day timeline is displayed, showing you the status of each day.
By hovering over a day with your mouse, you will see details about the status.
Please note:
Once limited availability is shown here, our development team is already aware and working on a solution.
If something is not working as usual but the status shows unrestricted availability, please contact your specialist trade partner.
Meaning of the colours:
| Dark green |
OK The service is functioning correctly. There are no restrictions. |
| Light green |
The connection was briefly interrupted but had no impact on the functionality of the services. The restriction only affected individual components of the myVectron / my Duratec services. |
| Yellow |
Poorer performance of the service, but no functional restrictions. |
| Orange |
Partial functions of the service are not accessible or not working. e.g. Inhouse ordering only works sporadically, Paypal integration no longer works. |
| Red |
The service is not accessible or not working. e.g. The database is no longer accessible. |
On the first timeline, you can quickly see if there were any general restrictions or maintenance work on the Cloud Services.
By clicking on the plus symbol, you can open the overview of the individual modules and determine which module is specifically affected.
