Log-in to Shift4 Customer Hub

Content: This article describes the login process for "Shift4 Customer Hub," including password setup during first-time registration, as well as important notes on language settings and contact options.



Personal login credentials are required to access "Shift4 Customer Hub." These are provided via email after approval of the Shift4 Payment contract. The email address used is the one specified in the contract. The registration link is valid for 48 hours.

If the registration link has expired, the page shown in the screenshot will appear. By entering the email address (the one specified in the contract) and then clicking the "Register/Resend Registration" button, the registration email will be resent to the registered email address. The registration link in the email will again be valid for 48 hours.

If the registration link for the "Shift4 Customer Hub" portal has expired, clicking the link will display the page shown in the screenshot. Here, you will see a field to enter your email address and the "Register/Resend Registration" button.

 

Accessing the Login Page

The login page for "Shift4 Customer Hub" can be accessed via the following URL: https://lh.shift4.com/sign-in

The screenshot shows the Shift4 Customer Hub login page. You can see the fields where the login credentials are entered (Email and Password) as well as the "Sign-In" button.


The current language selection is displayed at the top right. If needed, you can change it using the selection menu.


First-Time Login / Setting a Password 

If you are logging into "Shift4 Customer Hub" for the first time, enter only your email address in the "Email" field. Use the "Forgot Password" feature to start the process of setting a new password. Follow the instructions to generate a new password. After the new password is set, return to this login page, enter your credentials in the appropriate fields, and click the blue "Sign-In" button. 

Login

To log in, enter your credentials in the "Email" and "Password" fields.
Then log in by clicking the blue "Sign In" button.  
After successfully logging into "Shift4 Customer Hub," the "Shift4 Customer Hub" homepage, the "Dashboard," will open. 


Notes:
The “Register/Resend Registration” feature allows you to request the registration email again to activate your Shift4 Customer Hub account.
To do this, enter the email address listed in your contract in the “Email” field and then click “Register/Resend Registration.” You will then receive a new registration email with an activation link that is valid for 48 hours.

In both cases, please always provide your cloud customer number so we can assign the request to the correct account.
